Update
A few things of note before I go to sleep:
- Magic Eraser really is magic. It took ALL of the Sharpie pen off our microwave, Cuisinart, counter, cabinet and, most impressive, off of our white KitchenAid mixer! Thanks, Jen!
- Zachy had his first few telephone conversations last week. He first called Gramily to say Hi to the answering machine. Then he called Dada and told him about garbage trucks, asked him if he could see cranes and diggers at work, and said he's see him later.
- Both boys still have colds. Not bad ones, but Zachy is coughing tonight.
- Dex' pedi GI says he's doing fine, not to worry too much about the dual medicines he has going, and to try not sleeping on the wedge. He loves not sleeping on the wedge! Woohoo! Darn it, he looks so much more comfortable now, when he sleeps. All peaceful and cute.
- Zach's asthma specialst recommends weaning him down off his big guns steroid inhaler to a smaller dose, and removing the Singulair too. To see what happens. But then we bump him up again if he gets sick, and again in September for cold season.
- Did cold season extended this year? Seems like a lot of colds going around.

I love getting these updates. It is so helpful to a grandparent on an opposing coast. I did read about the magic eraser but didn't trust the word "magic." It's a concept I don't support so I rejected it. Ha! Glad it worked.
