Yesterday, Zach and I went to the doctor's office to do a few things: have his TB test read, take his blood for some tests, and for me to get a TB test too. Zach REALLY didn't like his blood being taken; he screamed as though his life were in jeopardy and pulled as hard as he could to get away. But, he recovered quickly.
Then we got my injection, and he kept reassuring me it wouldn't hurt. I got it, and he so tenderly put his hands on my face and said, "Mama, you did PERFECT! You did PERFECT, Mama." Such an empathetic little guy.

Similar story, though Sophia was not quite so sympathetic. She screamed like crazy for her 4 year shots and then I got my flu shot to make her feel better. Her comment while we were waiting was "Are you going to cry mommy?" "No, Sophia, I don't think I will".
